Sign Installation Tech
Responsibilities

Lead a crew in the installation, repair, and maintenance of signs, including electrical, channel letters, pylons, monument signs, and vinyl graphics.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.

Operate equipment such as boom trucks, bucket trucks, cranes, and power tools safely and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site.

Maintain a high standard of workmanship, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and efficiency.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 2+ years in sign installation or related construction/electrical field. Leadership experience preferred.

Skills: Proficient in electrical wiring, metalworking, welding, and power tool operation.

Certifications: OSHA certification and CDL (or willingness to obtain) are a plus.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Other: Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.

Reliable transportation and a clean MVR is a MUST
