Utility-Loader/Sander/Sprayer
Responsibilities

Sand and prepare various materials, including wood, metal and composite surfaces to ensure a smooth and even base for finishing
-
Apply stains, paints, varnishes, or order finishing products according to specifications, ensuring even coverage and achieving a high-quality finish
-
Inspect surfaces before and after finishing to identify and address imperfections.

Ensure the final product meets company standards and client expectations
-
Operate and maintain sanding and finishing equipment, including sanders, buffers, and sprayers.

Ensure all tools are in good working condition and report any malfunctions.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Unload product from Loop and Flatline racks/conveyors and process product to shipment
-
Stack and package product from all spray centers and drying racks and prepare for shipment
-
Keep records of current inventory for finished material
-
Complete all paperwork accurately
-
Follow instructions of supervisor
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
-
Organized
-
Use of power tools, hand tools and wood cutting equipment
-
Use of pallet jack, forklift and stretch wrap machine
-
Basic Math and writing skills
-
Reading and using a tape measure

Pay Rate is $15 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
