Recreation Specialist
Responsibilities

Develop and lead recreational programs, including sports, games, arts, and wellness activities.

Encourage student participation and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

Monitor student behavior, ensuring adherence to facility rules and safety protocols.

Maintain and organize recreational equipment and activity spaces.

Supervise recreation areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Report any incidents, injuries, or disciplinary concerns to the appropriate staff.

Assist in special events and extracurricular programming.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in recreation, coaching, youth engagement, or a related field preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage groups effectively.

Must pass a background check.

No THC use allowed; smoking is prohibited on the property.
