Production Support Specialist
A local Fairview company is seeking a Production Support Specialist to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for receiving and maintaining proper inventory and documentation flow while nurturing an open line of communication between customer, operation team lead, and assembly operations supervisor. The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and a strong communicator.
Responsibilities

Assist with management of raw materials and finished products.

Monitor inventory according to the needs of client orders.

Provide excellent customer service to clients by email/phone follow-ups and sales orders.

Input data and information into the company systems for easy access.

Serve as backup for daily warehousing operations.
-
Other responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.

6-12 months of warehouse/manufacturing experience.
-
Strong affinity for learning computer systems and practices.
-
Previous experience using and maintaining records in a company computer system.

Previous clerical experience a plus.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
