Plastics Press Operator
We are seeking a Plastics Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Plastics Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products according to specifications.
Responsibilities

Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce plastic parts based on established production schedules and quality standards.

Monitor and control the operation of the press, observing gauges, indicators, and machine functions to ensure proper functioning and identify any abnormalities.

Perform quality inspections on each part to verify the product’s dimensions, appearance, and overall quality, adhering to defined specifications.

Maintain accurate records of production data, machine settings, and any adjustments made during shift.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment, including wearing personal protective equipment and following proper handling and disposal procedures for plastic materials and waste.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards to meet customer requirements and maintain consistent product quality.
Qualifications and Skills

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Basic computer skills for data entry and machine control panel operation.

Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to adhere to them at all times.

Manufacturing background a plus
