Inside Sales Representative
A local Corry company is looking to add a skilled and outgoing Inside Sales Representative to their growing team. This position will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to generate sales leads and promote company products, utilizing persuasive communication skills to build relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and promote company products and services.

Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on their requirements.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing

Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and overcome objections.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.

Self-motivated and target-driven

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
