Highlift Driver
Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to transport, load, and unload lumber.

Manage kiln operations, including stacking, cutting samples, and maintaining records.

Perform equipment maintenance and assist with reducing downtime.

Follow safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintain a clean workspace.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Forklift operation (training available) and basic lumber quality knowledge (training provided).

Physical stamina for lifting, heights, and working in hot, noisy environments.

Strong communication, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime or shift rotations.

Key Safety Responsibilities:

Adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment.

Report safety concerns and actively maintain a hazard-free work area.
