Draftsman Engineer
Responsibilities

Design and develop detailed drawings for metal enclosures and sheet metal components.

Create and develop assembly instructions for new and standard products.

Assist with the development of manufacturing drawings utilizing Autodesk Inventor software.

Identify and report potential manufacturing challenges.
-
Review other coworkers’ detail drawings and check for errors.
-
Modify existing assemblies and sub-components as necessary.
-
Evaluate final products overall performance, reliability and safety.
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3-year experience using 3-D model software, Autodesk Inventor preferred.

A two-year degree in Engineering or related field.

Creativity and analytical skills.

Basic Microsoft Excel required; Word and other Microsoft office experience preferred.

Manufacturing and/or Mechanical understanding required.
