Danella joined Career Concepts in December 2022 as the Regional Operations Manager. Before entering the recruiting industry, she worked in management, sales, and engineering, primarily in the automotive manufacturing and real estate industries. When she's not traveling between the multiple Career Concepts offices, Danella enjoys training her two Australian Shepherds. She also volunteers extensively for Pennsylvania 4-H as a leader and advisor in local horse and pony clubs and teen council organizations.
